CONSUMER RIGHTS

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel the order if you do it before the order is shipped, or before the postal costs have been paid.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship every countries worldwide.

Most of our orders (depending on the price) are shipped via Priority mail, others (low price products) are shipped using low weight envelopes and economic postal rates, and they do not have tracking number, so this way we can offer you good prices on the shipping of small and cheap products.
 

 

DELIVERY TIME

The time to package the orders can vary between 1 and 3 days.
Please be patient with the reception of your article, and be polite and comprehensive if you have to email us when there is a delay or any problem.
WE ALWAYS solve our customers problems.


This articles are shipped from Spain, so it can delay when it is shipped overseas (USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, JAPAN, etc).

Spain - Between 3 and 7 working days.
​Europe - Between 5 and 14 days
​USA, Canada, Australia, and NO European countries - Between 7 and 21 days.

Please check your mailbox regularly, and ask your postal local office about your tracking number if the packages delays. If the item is returned for not having collected by you in your office (after being notified on your mail box), the customer will pay the shipping and return.

On USA deliveries, USPS use to change the tracking number when the package enters your country, so sometimes it is difficult to find the package on the web with the tracking number provided. If it is the case, please be patient and contact with us.

THE VINTAGE RAZOR SHOP is not responsible for the lack of professionalism of the workers of the postal service.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only allowed in the following cases:

1.- If the package has been officially lost, certified by the transport company. For this, the tracking service is necessary and it will offer all the information.

A refund will not be made if:
- the package is still in the delivery period
- the package has been returned because the sender was absent from home during the delivery.

2.- Article different from the one advertised. In this case the customer must provide the images and videos to demonstrate that the article received is different from the one advertised, and explain with details which are the differences.

 

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

The delivery times shown during checkout are typical values and are not guaranteed (with the exception of guaranteed next day delivery). SPAIN orders can on occasion take up to 7 working days to be delivered and international orders can take up to 21 working days. No refunds will be given for orders that do not arrive until after these time periods.

 

RETURNS POLICY AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days since you receive the package.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the products and receive either a full refund of your purchase or replacement products. Please send an e-mail to us before you return products, telling us that you are returning the purchases and why, so why can find a good solution for your problem, an maybe a compensation.

Returns without a valid reason provided, the buyer will pay the cost of re-shipping. The purchase amount will be refunded, minus the initial shipping costs.

In case of receipt of item spoiled by being broken package, please contact us before opening the package. But it is better not to accept the package and return it inmediately to the postman.

If the item has "serious" defects not mentioned in the ad, please contact us.

Manipulate the item, change its structural integrity, or try to repair it will void any guarantee. Please dont manipulate or repair the article if it is broken, damaged or has defects. If the article is modified by the customer the refund warranty will be void.
If the has some "not mentioned" defects please contact before manipulating or repairing the article.

 

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

When a package is lost or delayed, no refunds will be given for that orders until after the delivery times indicated above.

Once the delivery time indicated for your country has been expired, the refund will be made if you want, or maybe another solution will be provided by our company.

 

DISPATCH POLICY

We always try to ensure that all items shown are in stock. All the products are normally dispatched within 24 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 2 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Orders that contain goods that are out of stock will be put on back order until all items are available.

 

PRICES

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay includes your country taxes. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

 

PAYMENT CURRENCY

Please note that all transactions will be taken in EUR (euro).
​When you select the Paypal option, you just have to select the right currency (EUR) and Paypal will convert the coin of your purchase.

 

AGE RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

It is illegal in some countries to purchase razor blades and razors depending on your age. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are confirming you are over the necessary age when buying these products.

 

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

This kind of products can have few aesthetic defects, little variations of colour on some surfaces, and other usual defects on handmade products. But we always produce high quality products, and will try to send you the best quality ones that we have in stock.

 

CONFIDENTIALLITY

All confidential information is held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. No Credit Card details are stored by The Traditional Shaving Company.

 

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

 

JUSRISDICTION

The Contract will be governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish and EU Courts.
