The paint reaches extreme hardness in few days, no baking is necessary.

But if you want a finish of infinite hardness, THEN BAKE IT !

This 2 component mixing paint allows you to restore your Gillette Slim adjustable, Fat boy, Toggle, Aristocrat, Super 109 black beauty and super 84.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE:

1 - Mix 10 drops of component 1 (black paint) with 2 drops of component 2 (catalyst).

2 - Wait 30 minutes to get a suitable texture to apply paint properly. If you want a denser texture, wait more time (till 30 minutes more). This paint gets denser as more time passes, and while the catalyst does its job.

3 - Let it dry for 24 hours.

The paint reaches extreme ceramic hardness in few days, no baking is necessary

Sometimes you will not be able to disassemble all the razor pieces, or maybe there will be some pieces made of plastic that cannot be baked.

This paint reaches a very good hardness after 2 days, and it reaches an extreme hardness after 1 week, WITHOUT BAKING.

HOW TO BAKE to get an infinite hardness:

4 - Preheat your domestic oven to 150ºC or 300ºF.

5 - Bake the painted metal pieces inside the oven for 30 minutes.

6 - Turn off the oven and let the pieces cool inside.

Component 1 - Paint (1ml glass container)
Component 2 - Catalyst (1ml glass container)
2 drop pipettes
1 plastic container for mixing
1 plastic mixing rod
2 cleaning swabs
Cardboard box (support for painting and at the same time protective packaging)

With this 2 component kit you will be able to restore the painted pieces of your classic safety razor.
You can use this paint also in other metal objets that need restoration of the painted surfaces.
Remember that you can bake the paint to get an extreme hardness, but it is not necessary, because the paint reaches an excellent hardness after some days without baking.

The content of the paint bottle (1 ml) is enough to use more than 10 times, using 10 drops of paint each time. You can paint about 5 razor dials with only 10 drops of paint.

NOTE:
When we use the term "infinite hardness" we are referring to a hardness as extreme as that of ceramics.
You will be able to check, after baking the paint, that the finish withstands almost everything, from scratches with a pin to blows with some sharp objects.
